Free Books & Reading (During the School Shutdown)

School & Public Libraries
Free media available to library card holders through local libraries, including our LMC.

IPSD 204 LMC’s
Our district LMC’s offer downloadable books and audiobooks. Directions are on our NV LMC website.

Aurora Public Library
The Aurora public library is working on renewing any library cards that have expired, but they are not able to sign up new cardholders at this time. With a card, you can download eBooks, eAudiobooks, magazines, movies, tv shows, and music.

Fountaindale Public Library (Bolingbrook)
If you have a library card, but you don’t know your PIN number, you can reset it. If you don’t have a card yet, they are offering temporary ones for district residents (i.e.g live in the library district boundaries)  that is good for 30 days. After the library is reopened, go there in person with two forms of ID to get your physical library card. In the meantime, you can register for a card on their site. A Foutaindale staff member will get in touch within 24 hours to verify your card is active.

Naperville Public Library

Residents can renew or apply for a library card completely online and get immediate access to downloadable eBooks, eAudiobooks, magazines, movies, TV shows, and music.
