Senior Book Donation
Dear NVHS Senior Parent or Guardian,
Congratulations! Your student is a member of the Neuqua Valley High School Class of 2021. To help recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of our seniors, the Library Media Center has established a tradition that provides parents, teachers, and others with a way to honor an individual senior or the entire Class of 2021. We invite you to participate in the senior class project, “Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.” – Victor Hugo, by making a donation that will be used for the purchase of books for the Neuqua Valley library.
Donors may make contributions ranging from $20 and up. Using your donation, the Neuqua Valley librarians select a book and notify donors and honorees of the title purchased as a remembrance. The donation check is tax-deductible and may be eligible for gift matching through your employer. A special bookplate commemorating the Class of 2021 will be placed in each donated volume. The bookplate will also acknowledge both the donors and the honoree(s).
In recent years, senior parents and the Naperville business community have donated funds for the purchase of hundreds of books as a legacy for future generations of NVHS students. Honor your senior or the Class of 2021 by completing the enclosed form and help continue a worthwhile senior tradition at Neuqua Valley High School.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Eric Bodwell at eric_bodwell@ipsd.org.
Sincerely,
Eric Bodwell
